Join us this Christmas at Australasia, the home of Modern Australian cuisine right here in the heart of Manchester. This year, Australasia is celebrating Christmas Island, an Australian territory located in the Indian Ocean. In 1977, the island produced a beautiful collection of Christmas stamps that has inspired us to create something special. Instead of 12 days of Christmas, we will embark on a 12-week festive journey on the lead-up, giving away a different gift every week.
