History: Sam Pero's journey in the baking industry began at a young age, helping his father Francesco at Fortuna Bakery. After pursuing other ventures, he returned to his roots, perfecting his skills alongside family at Casa Del Pane. In 2013, the Cannoli King Vancouver food truck was introduced to share Sicilian culture with the community.
