Sushi Katei is a distinguished Japanese restaurant located in Poznań, Poland. Established 12 years ago, our commitment to excellence has earned the trust of our patrons. Helmed by Chef Marcin Stelmaszyk and Sushi Chef Rafał Rojek, we craft extraordinary flavor profiles to delight even the most discerning guests. Notably, Katei received official recognition from JETRO for our authentic recipes, aligning with Japanese tradition. We take pride in being the fifth restaurant in Poland and the first in our region to receive this certification. Recently, we revamped our restaurant interior to exude harmony and tranquility, keys to our success.
