Founded by World Baking Champion Pierre Zimmermann and his wife, Michele, the bakery combines Alsatian traditions with a Chicagoan twist. La Fournette offers quality, affordable, and accessible baked goods that are crusty, aromatic, and flavorful. Their breads are made using natural sourdough starters, ensuring superior flavor and freshness.
