Our Story
La Panzerotteria is dedicated to bringing the taste of Bari and Puglia to Turin. In Bari, food is a street tradition with simple yet delicious products and recipes passed down through generations. The Panzerotto, a popular Bari dish, is at the heart of our menu. Our dough is made from 100% Puglian Semolina and ferments for at least 36 hours. We fry our Panzerotti fresh to order. Our menu includes fresh pasta dishes, traditional meats from Martina Franca, and a variety of savory and sweet specialties like Focaccia Barese and Panna Cotta. All at affordable prices because we believe good food is a right for everyone!
