At Old Salt, all of our fish is smoked in-house with close attention to bring out the best in the local product we are serving. Our fish comes from Northwest Bounty, a local fish purveyor that focuses on bringing the best fish to Seattle chefs.
Our bagels are made fresh everyday in-house using Shepards grain flour. Old Salt bakers are precise and focus on bringing amazing products to our customers.
