Osteria le putrelle
Osteria Le Putrelle
Le Putrelle was established in 1999 by Giovanni Foresto as a wine bar in San Salvario. In 2000, it evolved into Osteria Le Putrelle to offer a wider gastronomic selection. Today, guided by Chef Martino Blonda, the osteria combines traditional Piedmontese cuisine with southern flavors. The focus is on high-quality ingredients and a wine list featuring small producers and natural wines. The service is relaxed and informal, set in an intimate ambiance with great background music.
Our Passion
At Osteria Le Putrelle, we blend Piedmontese Tradition with southern flavors through careful ingredient selection and sourcing.
