Launched as a collaborative and artistically curious space, it aims to support talented brewers in an industry with high barriers. Modeled after the music industry, Pilot Project serves as a launch pad for start-up breweries, providing assistance with recipe R&D, production scaling, marketing, distribution, and more. The brewery is dedicated to the art of brewing and community inspired by the craft.
