Since opening in 2013, The Liberty Distillery on Granville Island has been offering Vancouver’s first hand-crafted, truly artisanal premium spirits made from 100% organic BC grain. Authenticity, quality, and heritage are at the core of The Liberty Distillery’s philosophy, evident in their meticulous crafting process. They pay homage to ancestral roots by fermenting and distilling onsite, following exacting recipes. From organic grain to glass, every step is completed on Granville Island. Their spirits are crafted by hand from the finest organic BC grown grains, with each batch perfected through meticulous control of the fermentation and triple distillation process in handmade copper stills.
