Looking ahead, the decision to transition to a self-service picnic area from 2022 onwards reflects a bittersweet choice, offering newfound freedom while maintaining the essence of relaxation. Despite this change, the self-service picnic area will remain open daily from April to October, providing a respite for cyclists. The Sampans departures will also continue from this location, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.
