Moselweingut Ring is a family-owned winery situated in Cochem, Germany. Spanning approximately 2.5 hectares of vineyards, the winery's commitment to quality begins in the vineyards themselves. With a significant portion of slate steep slopes and vines aged over 70 years, the use of machinery is limited, leading to meticulous hand cultivation of most vineyards. Winemaker Ulrich Ring focuses on reducing harvest quantities, nurturing the vines, and delicately treating the wines to achieve the highest standards.
