Elegant resort cafe Dolphin & Mermaid is situated in the southern wing of the marine station. The project provides a fresh perspective on Black Sea cuisine against the backdrop of a famous panoramic view of the bay.

The airy, sunlit interior is not cluttered with details, delighting the eye with bright colors. Abundant greenery and a charming view of the marina create a sense of an oasis where one can escape the noise and bustle of the tourist center.

Cuisine

In the menu of Dolphin & Mermaid, the chef's unique take on regional culinary traditions blends with a desire to delight guests with the taste of fresh seafood. Delicacies caught in the depths of the Black Sea such as drumfish, sargan, oysters, rapa whelk, and mussels are available. Guests can also savor the legendary hits of Caucasian cuisine, including juicy khinkali with various fillings, golden pies and khachapuri, tender shashlik, and lula kebabs.

Local ingredients are used, and familiar recipes are reimagined to ensure every gourmet finds a dish to their liking. Several times a year, guests can enjoy gastronomic premieres featuring seasonal gifts of the generous southern nature.
